  • Parkoviště u hotelu, bohatý výběr na snídani.

  • Starší opotřebované vybavení pokoje č.3 (rozvrzaná židle, nefunkční jedna stolní lampa, uvolněná umyvadlová baterie - naštěstí jinak funkční). Karta klienta vydaná na hotelu se na pokladně lanovky na Sněžku se zobrazila jako neaktivní a platili jsme tak plnou cenu za jízdné. Na následný dotaz u vedoucí hotelu nám bylo sděleno, že byla karta aktivovaná již od předešlého dne. Při dalším použití již byla bez problému.
